Faulty/Damaged: All items are checked before dispatch, however in the unlikely event that an item does arrive damaged, please email myshop.izura@gmail.com to arrange for an exchange. Exchange must be done within 14 days of the purchase. 

Change of Mind: The shop will not entertain any change of mind of the customer.
